History

In 2020
IP Holdings Co., Ltd. changes its name to Morishige Honten Co., Ltd. The Flower Republic stores in Higashikurume and Hibarigaoka are closed.
In 2019
International Flower Logistics is established. Flower Watch Japan Co., Ltd. is closed, transitioning to the International Flower Research Laboratory. The Peter Rabbit Flowers Ichonamiki store is closed. A new Flower Republic store is opened in Hibarigaoka.
In 2018
Hekiro Morishige assumes the position of the president of Impack Corporation (operating company). IP Holdings Co., Ltd. (holding company) is established, with Tomokazu Morishige appointed as the president.

Flower Watch Japan Co., Ltd., a consulting company for flower freshness management, is established (subsidiary).
