About Noto Plant

Located in Shika-machi, Ishikawa Prefecture, the Noto Plant is a key base that handles everything for IMPACK’s flagship product — the floral packaging “sleeve” — from planning and manufacturing to inventory management and shipping. With a production system that responds to diverse customer needs and a logistics network that delivers products quickly nationwide, it provides strong support for distribution in the floriculture industry.

A unique, world-class integrated sleeve production facility
From the design and manufacture of products that match customer requirements, to barcode printing and special-shape processing, all the processes needed for sleeve manufacturing are completed in-house — enabling stable, high-quality production.

Flexible Small-Lot Order Fulfillment
Our flexible small-lot fulfillment capabilities allow customers to order only the quantities they need from a wide variety of products sourced in Japan and overseas, helping them operate efficiently without carrying excess inventory.

Short delivery times and accurate picking
By introducing a state-of-the-art inventory management system, we achieve accurate picking from a vast array of items. We pursue short lead times from order to shipping to delivery.
Overcoming hardship for even more stable supply
The 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake also caused severe damage to this office.
However, we worked on recovery as one from immediately afterward — including relocating some products to other bases — and continued our efforts to keep supplies flowing to our customers.
Thanks to the dedicated efforts of our employees and partners, recovery work both inside and outside the buildings was completed in June 2025, achieving full restoration. With the firm resolve to operate safely that we gained through this experience, we will continue to deliver peace of mind and high-quality products to all our customers.
