WORK
Learn About the Work
Sales
This role involves recommending floral supplies to retailers and processors and providing retail support, including assistance with in-store display planning. It is a rewarding position that directly contributes to increasing customers’ sales.
Engineering / Technical
This role covers the installation, regular maintenance, and troubleshooting of bouquet processing machinery. By keeping customers’ machines running reliably, our service engineers support their operations from a technical perspective.
Order Processing
This role serves as the primary point of contact for telephone orders and other customer inquiries. The order processing team also supports the sales team in providing better service to customers.
Manufacturing Staff
At manufacturing sites including the Noto Plant, this role involves producing and performing quality control for floral supplies such as flower sleeves. This hands-on manufacturing position supports the distribution of flowers throughout Japan at its foundation.
Logistics Staff
At the Noto Plant, which serves as a manufacturing and logistics base, this role handles everything from product receipt to shipment and inventory management. This position involves directly handling products that benefit our customers.
General Affairs
This role involves understanding the overall status of the company and supporting the operations of other departments. Responsibilities include various tasks such as smoothing the internal work environment, year-end tax adjustments, and annual financial closing.
